Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data, and how to ask us to delete it.

01Who we are

INONEXT Sdn Bhd (company no. 201501017832 (1143164-D)) is a company in Malaysia (“INONEXT”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers our website and the software and apps we provide to businesses, including INONEXT Messaging, which connects to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

02What we collect

  • Details you give us when you contact us, such as your name, email address, phone number and company.
  • How our website is used, through cookies. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them.
  • When a business connects its Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to our software, the information that business authorises, such as its account details, messages with its customers, and the basic profile of people who message it.

03How we use it

  • To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
  • To operate our software for the business that connected its accounts.
  • To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

Data received from Meta is used only to provide our service to the business that connected it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

04Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run our services, under contract.
  • Meta, when a business sends or publishes content through our software.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

05Storage and security

We protect personal data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption. Data may be processed outside Malaysia by providers that protect it to a comparable standard. We keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements.

06Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 21 days.

07How to delete your data

Businesses that connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account

  1. Disconnect the account in our software’s settings.
  2. Optionally, remove INONEXT Messaging on Facebook under Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations.
  3. Email [email protected]with the subject “Data deletion request” and the account name.

People who messaged a business that uses our software

Email [email protected] with the name of the business and the app you used.

We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email, except where the law requires us to keep it.

We update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
